Short Setup Guide

1. Go to Microsoft's website: https://setup.office.com/?ms.officeurl=setup

2. Create a new Microsoft account or sign in to your existing one

3. Enter the product key provided by us 

4. Download and install your product 

Detail step-by-step guide to downloading, installing, and activating Microsoft Office Home and Business on a Mac:

Step 1: Purchase & Obtain Product Key

a• If you haven’t already purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business, buy it from winmicronet.com

b• Once purchased, you should receive a 25-character product key via email or inside the product packaging.

Step 2: Download Microsoft Office for Mac

a. Go to Microsoft Setup Website:

Visit https://setup.office.com/?ms.officeurl=setup

Sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one if you don’t have one).

b. Enter Your Product Key:

Enter the 25-character product key you received.

Click Next and follow the prompts to link Office to your Microsoft account.

c. Download the Office Installer:

Once linked, click Download to get the Office installer for Mac.

This will download a file named Microsoft_Office_Installer.pkg.

Step 3: Install Microsoft Office on Mac

a. Locate the downloaded file (usually in the Downloads folder).

b. Double-click on Microsoft_Office_Installer.pkg.

c. Follow the on-screen instructions:

Click ContinueAgree to the terms → Install.

If prompted, enter your Mac administrator password.

d. Wait for the installation to complete, then click Close.

Step 4: Activate Microsoft Office

a. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

b. Click Sign In when prompted.

c. Enter the Microsoft account you used to register the product key.

d. Office will verify the license and activate automatically.

Note: If activation fails, ensure:

You’re signed in with the correct Microsoft account.

You have an active internet connection.

Your product key is valid for Microsoft Office Home and Business.

Step 5: Check Activation Status

a. Open Microsoft Word (or any Office app).

b. Click Word (top left) → About Microsoft Word.

c. You should see “Licensed” under the activation status.

You’re all set! Now you can start using Microsoft Office Home and Business on your Mac.
